This release includes important bug fixes for the return order tracking flow and dual waybill request handling. It also improves the staff portal sidebar by organizing functions and features into clear categories, making navigation simpler and more intuitive for users.
Context & Business Value: In the return order flow, when a return order was updated to the “Received by Client” status, the client name displayed in the tracking status flow could appear incorrectly. This could cause confusion when tracking the return order and verifying the receiving client.
What Changed: The issue has been fixed so that when a return order is updated to “Received by Client,” the correct client name is now displayed in the status flow.
Context & Business Value: Following the previous release’s waybill request improvements, an issue was identified where two waybill requests could be created for the same client on the same day. This could result in duplicate requests and create unnecessary operational work.
What Changed: The duplicate waybill request issue has been resolved. The system now prevents the creation of unintended dual waybill requests for the same client on the same day.
Context & Business Value: Previously, the sidebar displayed functions and features without clearly grouping them into categories. This made the navigation less clear and created a slightly complex experience for users when looking for specific operations.
What Changed: The staff portal sidebar has been reorganized by grouping related functions and features under clearly defined categories. Category labels have also been added to make the available options easier to understand and locate.
Benefits:
- Clearer organization of functions and features.
- Easier navigation across the staff portal.
- Reduced complexity when finding operational functions.
- Improved overall user experience.
