IMPROVEMENTS
Order Branch Restoration on Status Reversal
Description:
Previously, when an order’s status was updated to “Received at HO,” the branch associated with that order was removed from the system. If the order status was later reversed to its prior state, the branch assignment was not restored automatically — requiring manual re-entry.
What’s Changed:
The system now automatically restores the original branch when an order in “Received at HO” status is reversed to its previous status. The branch that was associated with the order prior to reaching “Received at HO” is retained and re-applied upon reversal, eliminating the need for manual correction.
Impact:
- Ensures data consistency between order status and branch assignment.
- Reduces manual intervention and potential errors when reversing order statuses.
- Applies to all orders that pass through the “Received at HO” status.
