Business Separation (Company Identification)
A new Company Identification feature has been introduced to support operations for multiple companies within the same platform.
- Clients can now be assigned to Company A or Company B during activation.
- Company type can be updated from the client edit page.
- Company indicators (A / B) are now displayed in All Clients, All Orders, Branch Deposits, and Invoices.
- Orders and invoices will automatically follow the relevant company type.
This enhancement improves operational separation, financial tracking, and company-level reporting.
Client Registration via Referral Link
A new referral-based client registration system has been introduced to improve client onboarding and staff referral tracking.
- Staff can generate unique referral links for clients.
- Clients registering through referral links will be automatically linked to the referring staff member.
- Website self-registered clients are now automatically identified.
- Existing clients registering additional businesses are also automatically detected and labeled.
This feature improves marketing attribution, registration transparency, and client relationship management.
IMPROVEMENTS
Collect from Shuttle – New Order Status
A new intermediate order tracking status has been added to improve parcel movement visibility during shuttle operations.
- Orders scanned by shuttle assistants will now update to Collect from Shuttle status.
- The system records status update time.
- The system records responsible shuttle assistant.
- Supported shuttle collection flows include Branch Shuttle, Return Shuttle, DD Shuttle, and Destination Shuttle.
This improvement enhances parcel tracking accuracy and accountability across logistics operations.
