Context & Business Value: Previously, handling leave applications submitted before or after the actual leave date could create inconsistencies in attendance records, particularly when an approved leave was still displayed as an absence.
What Changed: Leave applications are now categorized into two options:
- Pre-Leave – Employees can apply for leave before the relevant leave date.
- Post-Leave – Employees can submit a leave application after the leave date has passed.
Once the leave is approved, the attendance record can reflect the approved Leave status instead of incorrectly showing the employee as Absent. This provides greater flexibility for employees while improving the accuracy and consistency of leave and attendance management.
What Changed: The sidebar interface has been redesigned and refined to provide a smoother navigation experience and improved usability across the application.
What Changed: The UI of the Approvals sub-modules has been updated to provide a cleaner and more user-friendly experience, making approval-related workflows easier to understand and manage.
What Changed: The filtering experience has been improved and standardized so that the updated filter behavior can be applied consistently across modules, making it easier to search, narrow down, and manage records.
