This release improves the order status reversal workflow by ensuring that the order’s original branch assignment is automatically preserved. When an order is reversed from “Received at HO” to its previous status, the system now restores the branch that was originally associated with the order, reducing manual intervention and maintaining accurate order information.
Context & Business Value: Previously, when an order was moved to “Received at HO”, the branch associated with the order was removed. If the order status was later reversed, the previously assigned branch was not automatically restored.
What Changed: This has now been improved. When an order in “Received at HO” status is reversed to its previous status, the system will now automatically restore the branch that was originally associated with the order.
