This release introduces several improvements to order management, client administration, and staff workflows. It also includes important fixes to warehouse scanning and bulk order submission processes to improve accuracy, prevent incorrect updates, and make day-to-day operations more efficient.
Context & Business Value: Helps maintain better control over client payment terms.
What Changed: The Payment Terms field can no longer be updated through the client-side profile update functionality. The field remains editable by authorized staff users from the staff side.
Context & Business Value: The bulk order submission process has been improved to help prevent orders from being submitted under the wrong client.
What Changed: The following changes have been introduced:
- The selected client is now clearly displayed at the top of the bulk order interface.
- A confirmation popup is displayed before submitting bulk orders.
- The popup shows the selected client name and number of orders being submitted.
- Orders are submitted only after the staff user confirms the details.
Benefits:
- Staff users can verify the client and order count before submission, reducing the risk of orders being created under an incorrect client.
Context & Business Value: Provides additional context when reviewing an order’s pickup history.
What Changed: The pickup branch is now displayed below the “Picked Up from Merchant” status in the order status flow.
Context & Business Value: Previously, users had to filter orders for each client separately.
What Changed: The All Orders → Filter section now supports selecting multiple clients at the same time, allowing users to filter orders across multiple clients in a single search.
Benefits:
- Makes it easier and faster to review orders across multiple clients.
Context & Business Value: Allows staff users to process larger batches without having to split the assignment into multiple operations.
What Changed: The maximum number of waybills that can be assigned manually in a single operation has been increased from 1,000 to 10,000.
Context & Business Value: Previously, fingerprint attendance records were available through the HRM system and were not directly visible in V2.
What Changed: Staff users can now view their attendance records and working hours directly within V2 after marking attendance using the fingerprint system.
Benefits:
- Staff users can now access their attendance and working-hour information directly within V2 without relying on the separate HRM system.
