A new screen has been added under Shuttle Operations to receive parcels handed over from the Dispatch Shuttle.
Parcels must already be in “Collect from Dispatched Shuttle” status before they can be scanned.
When the Sub Shuttle assistant scans a parcel, the system automatically removes it from the Dispatch Shuttle list,
adds it to the Sub Shuttle list, updates the status to “Collect from Sub Shuttle”, and records a new scan timestamp.
Invalid scans are rejected with a validation message, and every handover is logged with the assistant ID,
source screen, destination screen, and timestamp for full audit traceability.
A new Main Shuttle receiving stage has been introduced at the Warehouse/Main Branch to handle two parcel flows:
-
From DD Shuttle: Parcels in “Collect from DD Shuttle” status are updated to
“Collect from Main Shuttle – DD Shuttle”. -
From Return Shuttle: Parcels in “Collect from Return Shuttle” status are updated to
“Collect from Main Shuttle – Return Orders”.
Each scan records a new timestamp and logs assistant details, source screen, and destination screen.
Invalid statuses are rejected without any changes.
A new return workflow status has been introduced to track parcels held at the warehouse before transferring to Head Office.
Orders can move into this status only from “Collect from Return Shuttle”,
“Collect from Main Shuttle (Return Items)”, or “Return to HO (Return Items)”.
Invalid transitions are blocked with validation messages.
Once an order reaches this stage, it can only move to “Received at HO”.
A dedicated scanning screen, dashboard count tile, and Advanced Search filter option have also been added.
A consolidated reporting screen has been added under Shuttle Operations for Operations Supervisors
and Branch Managers to monitor parcel movement across all shuttle stages.
The report displays Waybill ID, Shuttle Assistant Name, Status, and Scanned Date & Time.
Users can filter using Waybill ID, Status, or Shuttle Assistant, use quick stage filters,
view live stage totals, and export reports based on the selected filters.
Parcel transfers between shuttle stages are now automated during scanning.
Dispatch Shuttle parcels automatically move to Sub Shuttle, while DD and Return Shuttle parcels
move to Main Shuttle. All transfers are validated and recorded with assistant details,
source and destination screens, and timestamps.
Once a parcel is transferred to the next operational stage, it is immediately removed from the previous screen list.
Parcel counts update automatically without requiring a page refresh, ensuring assistants always see the latest data.
“Return to HO” parcels can now be routed through either the Return Shuttle or Main Shuttle before reaching the warehouse,
alongside the existing direct route to “Collect from Warehouse (Return Items)”.
This provides greater operational flexibility depending on shuttle availability.
