A new approval workflow has been introduced for fingerprint attendance marking. Attendance recorded through the fingerprint system will first be reviewed and approved by the Supervisor, then forwarded to HR for the second level of approval. After both approvals are completed, the Director will receive a notification and can view the attendance details in the system.
The filtering functionality in the Staff > Users section has been improved to provide better search and filtering capabilities for user records.
The VOP Letter Issue interface has been updated by adding a data table format, making it easier to view and manage issued letters.

When a resignation request is rejected, the employee status will now change back to Pending status. This update required a database modification.

Updated the employee lifecycle management system to correctly display previously resigned employees with the status “Resigned.”
Fixed an issue where clicking the “View Details” button without selecting an employee triggered a default alert() incorrectly. Replaced it with a SweetAlert pop-up for better UI and user experience.
Resolved a problem where, after a leave request is approved, the leave balance was not deducted correctly on the Leave Approval page. Now, approved leaves update the balance accurately.
