    • Integrating Delivery Success Rate development into Trans Express offers a comprehensive approach to improving service quality, customer satisfaction, and operational efficiency. It aligns with the goal of providing a reliable and trustworthy courier service to customers.

IMPROVEMENTS #

  • Invoice Payable Development – Change One Status to Setoff Paid
    • For ease of payment identification, the status of setoff payments currently labeled as ‘paid’ has been updated to ‘setoff paid’ if the setoff amounts have been contained and cleared with the next invoice.
  • Pickup Process
    • Currently, there is a lack of status handling for the process, and no additional references are available to track details. Based on current features and facility usage, modifications have been meticulously designed and implemented to streamline the handling of pickup requests. This enhancement improves efficiency and offers customers a seamless experience in initiating and managing parcel collection processes.
