The system has been enhanced to allow users to successfully create Mercantile Holidays under Manage Holiday > Holidays.
Previously, users were unable to create mercantile holiday records. This issue has now been resolved.
When an employee applies for leave and the selected leave period includes Mercantile Holidays, those holiday dates will now be automatically excluded from the leave calculation.
These dates will not be counted against the employee’s leave balance.
The system now allows resignation requests to be approved even if the resignation effective date has already passed.
This improvement ensures flexibility in cases where approval is delayed.
In both Attendance Approval and Leave Approval sections, the Supervisor name will now update automatically based on database changes.
This ensures accurate and up-to-date supervisor information is displayed.
Fixed an issue where active employees’ birthdays were not appearing on the Dashboard.
Now, only active employees’ birthdays will be correctly displayed.
