The Rejoin Employee feature allows previously resigned employees to be reactivated in the system while maintaining complete historical records.
- Previous & Current Details in One Place – Users can view both previously recorded details and newly updated information within a single interface.
- Employee Life Cycle Update – When an employee rejoins:
- Previous account status updated from Resigned to Rejoined.
- Historical employment records are maintained.
- A new profile is created with updated Join Status reflecting active employment.
This enhancement ensures better data tracking, prevents duplicate confusion, and maintains accurate employee history.
An expired page has been introduced to properly handle and display notifications when sessions or links are expired.
Navigation: User > Manage Users
The User Management section has been redesigned with improved user tabs for better usability and navigation.
New filter added to filter reports by employee status:
- Active
- Inactive
- Resigned
- Working With Us
- Termination
- Resignation In Progress
This improves reporting accuracy and usability.
Relevant supervisors can now view and approve:
- Leave Requests
- Attendance Requests
This ensures a proper approval workflow and better access control.
Navigation: Staff > Users
Users can now search employees using their T Number, making employee identification faster and more efficient.
Fixed an issue where the search bar filter by T Number was not functioning correctly in the employee list.
Resolved an issue where Demotion interface permissions were not appearing when assigning permissions to user roles. Demotion permissions can now be properly configured under role management.
