HR/Admin Dashboard
A new dashboard specifically designed for HR and Admin users has been introduced.
This will help them manage employee data, monitor performance, and access key information in one place. It supports branch-wise, department-wise, and designation-wise breakdowns.

KPI Dashboard Improvements
- Enhanced KPI Rating Chart – Updated Status Calculation Logic: The rating chart has been improved by refining the way status values are calculated, ensuring more accurate and meaningful results.
- Enhanced KPI Dashboard Filters – Add Year and Month: Users can now filter KPI data by year and month, making it easier to analyze performance trends over specific periods.
Performance Improvements
- Status Column in Appraisal and Monthly Rating: A new status column has been added so users can easily track the progress of appraisals and ratings.
- Filter Option for Status (Appraisal & Monthly Rating): Users can now filter records by status (e.g., completed, pending) to quickly find relevant data.
- KPI Dashboard > Rating Distribution > Link Employee: In the rating distribution section, users can directly link to individual employee details, making navigation faster and more efficient.
BUG FIXES
Performance > Monthly Rating & Appraisal PDF Improvements
Fixed issues with PDF generation. Now, users can successfully download appraisal and monthly rating reports in PDF format.
Performance > Points > Search – Data Table Not Working
Fixed a bug where the search function in the performance points section wasn’t working. Now, data tables respond correctly to search queries.
