- Create a New Role Branch Assistant for User Access:
Create a new role named “Branch Assistant” and configure permissions for the live portal. The “Branch Assistant” role should only have access to “Collect Dispatch Orders” and the “Branch Dashboard”.
- Return Packages Sort Process
Enhance the return packages process to improve user efficiency and accuracy. When the user enters the waybill ID during the collect order receive process, the system should display the client name, pickup branch, and delivery branch. In the return to client process, when the user enters the waybill ID, the system should display only the client name. This improvement aims to streamline the workflow and provide users with essential information quickly and accurately.

- Mix Character Validation Client Portal (API):
Implement a new validation feature for the client portal API to ensure city names are validated regardless of character case. This update will address the issue where city names with mixed capital and lowercase letters were not being properly validated. The system will now validate all city names consistently, improving data integrity. This change is in response to Lanka’s feedback and will be applied automatically, affecting all existing and new clients.
- Alignment Change Client Portal (Order Id and Waybill):
The alignment of the Waybill ID and Order ID in the client portal has been updated. The Waybill ID will now appear on the left side, while the Order ID will be moved to the right side. This change aims to improve the overall layout and usability of the client portal.
- Adding a New Business Type as “Other”:
Introduce a new business type option labeled “Other” for selection. Users will now have the ability to choose this option when specifying business types.
- Change “Glass Items” as “Cosmetic Items” from Business Types and Enable to Select Multiple Types:
The “Glass Items” business type has been renamed to “Cosmetic Items” in the system. Additionally, users are now able to select multiple business types when managing orders or inventory, enhancing flexibility in categorizing products.

- Rate Card Mismatch- Client Portal (Mismatch between rate card amount and rate calculated amount for delivery charge):
This release addresses an issue where there was a discrepancy between the rate card amount and the rate calculated amount for delivery charges on the client portal. The mismatch has been resolved to ensure that the amounts displayed on the client portal are accurately reflected according to the rate card, providing a consistent and correct calculation for delivery charges.
- Branch Deposit Table cannot be loaded:
Fixed an issue where the Branch Deposit Table was unable to load. This update resolves the problem, allowing the table to load and display data correctly.
