Clients can now register multiple businesses under their account. Each business appears in a dropdown, allowing easy switching. Staff must enable this feature by setting (Client Management → Client Profiles on the staff side) the multiple business option to “true”.
The scanning pages for rescheduled and failed deliveries now support loading of both “Out for Delivery” and “Reassign Rider” orders, improving efficiency and reducing manual errors.
Previously, orders collected at the wrong sorting center were processed without validation. Now, such collections are blocked, and the system applies an “Invalid Sorting Center” status with an error message.
Earlier, the OTP for password reset was sent to the business account. This has been corrected, and OTPs are now sent directly to the respective user or staff.
Before, branch and weight details were removed at the “Collected from Warehouse” stage. This issue is now fixed—branch and weight are retained at this stage and only removed during “Processing” and “Sorting Center” stages.
