NEW FEATURES #
- Remark Notification
As requested, the Remark Notification option has been implemented in a read-only format. Now, order-related notifications can be accessed at the top of the header section. Additionally, there is an option to view all notifications, with the ability to filter and group them based on read and unread remark notifications.
IMPROVEMENTS #
- Pickup Process
Following the release of the Pickup process, several customizations were requested and have now been implemented. These include enlarging the checkbox size, fixing the bulk option button click issue, adding the option to assign a single order to a rider, and incorporating a date filter for status changes.
- Add New filter for Bulk Order Cancellation
Before, it was challenging to find cancel processing orders as there was no option to search by client. To enhance user experience, new advanced filter options have been added. Now, users can easily filter cancel processing orders by selecting the client and specifying the desired date or date range.
BUGS #
- Need to Validate Reversal Process with Reschedule Status
The issue identified in the reschedule status during the order reversal process has been addressed with this release. The status flow has been streamlined to ensure smoother processing.
- Need to Validate Business name change in Client Portal
The issue identified in the Merchant registration process has been resolved. Previously, there were validation issues allowing the creation of multiple accounts using the same business name. Now, proper validation methods have been applied to ensure that the business name is unique, resolving the issue effectively.
- Issue In Return Received by Client (Table Error)
With this release, the error popup that occurred while selecting the “Return Received By Client” operation has been resolved.
